Which software do I need in order to open and edit your templates?

You can use any version of Microsoft Word (1997 or higher) to open our templates. If you do not have this software, you can go to the Microsoft official website to download their trial version.

How easy is it to use your templates?

Some very basic Microsoft Word knowledge is needed in order to edit our templates. A step-by-step guide is included with each purchase. You have the option to add any text like names, quotes, order of service, poems, songs and letters.

What parts are editable in your templates?

All the texts are editable. You may set a different font, color and size, and even add photos. Since the templates can be edited using Microsoft Word, you are free to use and apply all the program functionality. The background images are all already set.

How do I change the images on your templates?

The steps might slightly differ on the version of Microsoft Word that you are using but basically you just need to select the image placeholder, then go to the top menu and click on Format >> Shape Fill >> Picture >> Browse, then select the image that you wish to insert from your computer.

Do I need a special printer to print your templates?

Absolutely not. You can easily print our templates using a standard printer and have as many copies as you want. An inkjet or laser printer will do. For better results though, we do recommend to have your product printed in the local print shop near you.

How secure is your payment system?

Rest assured that your personal details and your payments are secured. You may choose to pay using your PayPal account or with your credit card. These payment methods are both secured and use a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for encrypting any personal information that you send.

When will I be able to receive the template I ordered?

After placing the order and processing the payment, you will be able to download the template straightaway. Consequently, you will get an email from us regarding your order details. Please do contact us if you have any problems in downloading your template.

Do you offer refunds?
